The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh (Town) is seeking proposals for the services of qualified professionals (Proponent) to review twelve (12) school locations 
 in accordance with the new School Safety Zones (SSZ) Policy 125.

A review of right of way features, including signage, pavement markings,
pedestrian facilities, road geometry, etc. adjacent to the school locations using
Town mapping, and site visits;
 A review of key traffic operations within and adjacent to school properties,
including parking, traffic circulation, drop off/ pick up zones, bus loading, bicycle
parking, on property pedestrian facilities, etc.;
 The preparation of a report identifying the findings of the information gathered,
the identified gaps, and recommended improvements;
 The preparation of conceptual level drawings, providing a clear illustration of the
recommended improvements for each individual site, and;
 The preparation of a preliminary opinion of probable cost for the proposed
improvements.
