The Town of Tecumseh, through its Community and Recreation Services Department, is issuing this Request for Proposal  to invite qualified proponents to submit competitive proposals for the planning and delivery of a new community facility at the Maidstone Recreation Centre site located at 10720 County Road 34, Maidstone. The successful proponent will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed designs, as well as providing project administration, supervision, and construction-related services necessary to bring the facility to completion.
