The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to determine the most qualified vendor to conduct a review of the Town’s organizational structure and departmental service delivery functions and responsibilities. The review will ultimately provide the Town with recommendations on how to modernize service delivery with a view to increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Benchmarking and metrics will be used to increase accountability and transparency as well as measure the success of the resulting organizational structure. |
